What is the Six and Six Lifestyle Challenge?
Every year, Since 2010, Gym Cartel has run an 8 Week Challenge. An eight-week, community-building, habit-changing game that challenges you to create a happier, healthier life by making changes to your daily habits. In 2018, for the first time ever, we will be running our Lifestyle Challenge over SIX weeks. Not only this, but we'll be running the challenge FOUR times. Six weeks in the challenge, six weeks out of the challenge!
Adopting this strategy might feel strange, but for long-term sustainable change, we can think of nothing better. It’s a short-term strategy applied over time that works. Playing along as part of a large team and coaches online, you’ll be challenged every day with tasks focusing on key areas of health and well-being: nutrition, exercise, mobilisation, sleep, and lifestyle practices.
Every year we evolve the challenge and make it better than the year before. This year is no exception as we shift the 8 week challenge format to six weeks on and six weeks off to help guide you towards the results you want for the LONG TERM!
